Sale hours are am 9:00AM- 4:00PM first day and 9:00-3:00PM 2nd day. If there is a 3rd day, sale times will be posted.

ITEMS ARE SOLD ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. SOME ITEMS IN PHOTOS AND VIDEOS MAY HAVE ALREADY SOLD WHEN YOU ARRIVE.

THERE ARE NO BIG PURSES, BAGS, BOXES, STROLLERS, PET OR BABY CARRIERS PERMITTED INSIDE

Please inspect your treasures before you buy them. All sales are final - there are no refunds or exchanges.
We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order.

PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD, MOVE, OR DISASSEMBLE HEAVY ITEMS.

NOTE: There is a $4 FEE FOR ANY CC OR VENMO TRANSACTION UNDER $100 AND A 4% fee with VENMO, Credit & Debit purchases.

Buyers are responsible for removing their own purchases from the premises each day unless otherwise arranged with the a member of Steeple Run Estate Sales.
We are not responsible for items you purchase and forget to take with you.
