Please join us! This is a CASH sale only. All sales are final: no refunds or exchanges. All items sold "as is. Sale will be held on first floor, second floor, basement, driveway and garage.
YOU will be responsible to carry all items to your vehicles so please bring help. We do not have people available for carrying furniture. We are not responsible for accidents. Official sign up sheet will be posted on Thursday at 9 am by front door. Security cameras will be used.

This two story home is filled to the brim!  The main floor has a sleeper sofa, a recliner that swivels, another recliner, a side chair, loveseat, end tables, lamps, flat screen tv and stand, kitchen table with three leaves and six chairs, dining room set with six chairs and one leaf, Amish oak corner cabinet, Amish bench with storage and Amish half moon side table.  The kitchen is loaded with small electrical appliances, two sets of dishes, Corelle dishes and a full set of China, pots and pans, bakeware, product, vintage glassware, decorative pieces, glass casseroles, vintage Pyrex casseroles, sets of glasses, some still in the box, cookbooks, food, spices. Twelve place settings of Gotham flatware, plus four other sets of flatware.  

the upstairs has two twin beds with mattresses and box springs plus frames, bed linens, pillows, quilts and comforters, Lane triple dresser and mirror and matching chest of drawers, double dresser and single chest of drawers, small desk, side table, two- 4 drawer storage pieces, shoe rack, LOTs of cleaning and personal products, laundry items, luggage and a large amount of mens clothing, hats, plus a vintage wedding dress. There is a real hair wig that was never worn. 

basement contains a brand new pair of loveseats, rocker, tv stand, glass front cabinet, wood  rocker, oak table with four chairs and one leaf, four shelving units, Barbie dolls and furniture,  portable playpen, puzzles and games, Christmas, Easter, fall and Halloween decorations, a small refrigerator/freezer, wooden tv trays, card tables and chairs, vintage Enamel topped cabinet, large amount of desk items and office supplies, floor lamp and table lamp.

there is nice collection of Native American items.  Pictures of many tribal chiefs, scenery, hand stitched pictures, dream catcher, lamp, 

garage has small handled and long handled tools, product, freezer, ladders, lightbulbs, electric cords, outdoor patio set, aluminum folding chairs, snowblow Santa and ghost,  Christmas trees, and a large amount of Christmas decorations, ornaments, lights etc.  many handicap items such as walkers, wheel chair, canes, shower chairs, a lot of product, freezer, small hand tools, there is a pink Barbie doll battery operated car plus a vintage metal tricycle.

one walker is the tall, upright walker designed to keep one upright by placing your forearms on the forearm rests.
