Parking Notes: This home is situated on a beautiful property however, it is also on a windy road where the speed limit is faster than usual. We have created a parking lot so please be mindful as we make the best out of the situation :) we will help you in every way that we can. We will post pictures of the parking lot once we have finalized everything As always, please be mindful when parking and do not block any neighboring driveways Dates

Here are a few things to keep in mind:
1. There is an optional sign up sheet that will go out at 8am. If you arrive before then & begin your own, please physically pass it along to the next person to arrive.
2. We always bring plastic bags and paper to wrap items with. However, we do not have or provide oversized bags, boxes or totes - please keep this in mind.
3. For payments: we accept cash, debit & credit cards [ with a 3% processing fee ], and Zelle as well. Sorry, no checks.
4. Furniture is available for presale.
5. If you are buying larger items, please remember to bring help, a large enough vehicle and any tools that you will need.
6. We do not provide the pricing for small goods.
7. We do not hold items.
8. While parking, please respect the surrounding driveways.
