We accept cash, check or card (3.5% surcharge with a minimum fee of .40).

This is not an auction. All items are tag priced in advance, but we do not provide prices beforehand via phone or email.
No pre-sales. All advertised items are available at opening.
Please bring help to load items. We want to supervise removal of items from the house but are unable to help.
Packing supplies and containers are recommended.

Wait list out two hours prior to opening. You may sign, leave, and return 10 minutes prior to opening time.

SATURDAY IS 1/2 PRICE DAY

Nothing held back - everything is half-price Saturday beginning at 9 am.  We have updated pictures to remove items sold on Friday.  It was a successful day but many nice items remain.  Come claim a bargain!!!

Ultra clean home with very nice grouping of modern, antique, and mid-century furniture.  Nice group of collectible farm toys and toy trucks and cars. Clean and fresh kitchen items.

Many very nice Amish made oak pieces from Whitacre's in Hudson.  All in excellent condition.

The owner was a toy show dealer and has his display shelving, tubs for taking toys to shows, and display tables.  He also has repair parts and a full set of tools used to repair toys and build display sets.  

He was also a Country Companies agent in Iowa and has a number of advertising and related items.  Excellent Farm Bureau Insurance sign (old - vintage).

All furniture and household are clean and ready to use in your home.  

Sign-up wait list goes out in the driveway two hours prior to the opening. Weather permitting, we will sell inside and outside.  No restrooms on site.
