Thank you for considering our sale. We accept cash, check or card (3.5% surcharge with a minimum fee of .40).

This is not an auction. All items are tag priced in advance, but we do not provide prices beforehand via phone or email.
A few items are available for presale and advertised accordingly. Everything else will be available at sale opening.
Please bring help to load items. We want to supervise removal of items from the house but are unable to help.
Packing supplies and containers are recommended.

Wait list goes out prior to 7 am. You may sign, leave, and return 10 minutes prior to opening time. Further instructions will be indicated in the description section.
