*Neither the homeowner, nor Sweet Pea Estate Sales, who is conducting the estate sake, are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property.By attending this estate sale, you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Visit the property at your own discretion, not responsible for accidents or injury, allergic reactions.
* Please be prepared to provide YOUR OWN LABOR when moving heaving items meaning "Moving/ Loading" Sorry Sweet Pea Estate Sales does not have staff on hand to assist with heavy items. PLEASE BRING HELP WHEN PURCHASING LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS!
* Bring the tools and supplies needed to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away.
* All items purchased must be picked up on the same day of purchased No exceptions
* Please be respectful of neighbors and park in a manner that does not block driveways and mailboxes or impede the flow of traffic. Please Do NOT park on any lawns.
* No large shopping bags or purses into the sale without inspection. We reserve the the right to check large purses or bags at the cashier station.
