( no exceptions) Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit cards with a 3% surcharge will be charged at close out. Buyers who wish to pay in cash or by check (Prior arangements need to be made before auction closes) upon pickup will have no surcharge but will still be charged a 15% buyers premium. Immediately following the close of the auction, your credit card will be charged the amount of your final bid plus 15% buyers premium and a 3% surcharge.
