Due to anticipated weather conditions, and temps in the high 80's we have modified our normal entry policy for this sale.

We will post a signup sheet on the door at 10am Thursday. The signup sheet will allow the first 75 people to reserve their place in line. If you sign up, you must be on-site at 3:30pm as we will read off names and form a line for 4pm entry. If you are not on the property when your name is read, you will forfeit your place in line. For those arriving after please join the line. We will allow 25 people into the house at a time.

Our jewelry area will be limited to 1 person at a time with a 5-minute time limit for the first hour of the sale.

Full Price Thursday, Friday, and 1/2 Price Saturday.

Sterling and Gold Jewelry will not be offered at 1/2 price.

If you pull an item and place it in the "still shopping" area or you pull a tag off a larger item, we consider that item to be sold. Please do not pull a tag or move an item to the "still shopping" area if you do not intend to purchase.

All prices are firm Thursday and Friday. If you are interested in an item that is priced $100.00 or more, you can leave an offer with us that is 60% or more of the current ticket price. Offers must include your name, number, and credit card number. If you wish to pay by cash, you must present your offer in person between 2-3pm on Friday.

All Sales are final.

Buyes must pick up any purchased items by 5pm July 12th.
