- Buyers are responsible to move their own items within the week of purchase. We do not have people to help lift items. Free parking when picking up. Easy loading. We can arrange delivery and/or recommend delivery companies. We will ship smaller lighter textile items if out of state, with shipping and handling fees added.
- We are not responsible for any damage or accidents. There is extra security and cameras on and around premise. We reserve the right to deny entrance for any reason.
- NO returns or exchanges on any item. All sales are AS-IS and FINAL SALE. We try our best to provide accurate descriptions of each item but we do not warranty the condition of any item.
- The physical condition of our items can vary due to age, normal wear, alterations by a previous owner, and other issues.
