ALL SALES FINAL. Digital payments preferred: Zelle & Venmo. Credit card transactions will incur a 3.5% fee. Cash accepted, however, cash totals will be rounded up to the next dollar. 5 items or more will receive a 20% discount up to $40 off.

You break it, you buy it. Bring help to load large items. Not responsible for accidents. There is a loading zone in front of the building next door that can be used for loading large items. All large items must be picked up within one week. Any items not picked up within that timeframe will be deemed abandoned and resold.

After years of collecting and curating, we are downsizing from our beloved 2,200+ square foot home to a 700 square foot apartment. As a result, more than 80% of our furnishings, art, antiques, and collectibles will be finding new homes.

This is not your typical estate sale.

While you'll certainly find some everyday household items, the heart of this sale is a thoughtfully curated collection assembled by lifelong design enthusiasts and collectors. Featured pieces include a Pace Collection dining table, authenticated Eames chairs, a vintage folding table and chair set, a McGuire sunroom sofa, a Maurizio Tempestini clamshell chair, three iconic Coco Chanel-inspired wheat sheaf tables, and an extensive collection of artwork, ceramics, vintage baskets, decorative objects, and one-of-a-kind treasures.

And that's just what we've convinced ourselves to part with so far.

The real question is whether you'll help persuade us to sell some of the pieces we're still struggling to let go of — including a pair of our cherished antique Vermont Tubbs snowshoe chairs and other rare finds that may yet make an appearance.
