Once you sign up through the Picker website, the address will be released. Chicago Estate Advisors uses Pickerty, an online sign-up system, to determine the initial entry order into the home. To sign-up, go to: https://pickerty.com/the-lake-at-east-end COPY AND PASTE to your BROWSER)
After signing up, you will receive an email with a ticket confirming your place in line. When it is your turn to enter, you will receive an email alerting you to come to the sale entrance. Once customers on the initial entry list have been admitted, any walk-ins will be admitted! All are welcome!

We do not release prices before the sale.

Sign in sheet available after 2 PM the day before the sale.
Please look at our photos until the day of the sale. More items are occasionally added in. We sometimes list prices so you are able to see our starting price. Please respect others when you are visiting one of Chicago Estate Advisors estate sales.

Here are some basic rules for attending:
No large bags are permitted during any estate sale, unless empty.
Everything is priced to sell! However, we are not a thrift store and have done our research on each item we are selling, we have priced each item according to its current worth.
We will not hold any item or items without a deposit on the items.
Must bring your own equipment for large items bought (tape, cords, dolly, transportation).
We are NOT responsible for any injures while on the property or with lifting any items. Please bring someone that can lift heavy items that you are looking to purchase.
We hire security staff, they are NOT able to help lift.
If you are caught stealing, we will take the appropriate measures to contact law enforcement and press charges. You will not be permitted into future sales.
