• No holds without a deposit.
• Bring your own equipment for moving large purchases (tape, cords, dollies, transportation).
• Chicago Estate Advisors is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lifting assistance. Please bring help if purchasing heavy items.
• Security staff is on site for safety. They cannot assist with moving purchases.
• Zero-tolerance theft policy: Offenders will be prosecuted and banned from future sales. Information will be shared with EstateSales.net.
