Covid has become part of a memory but for everyone’s safety hand sanitizer will be available upon entry to the dwelling and we encourage everyone to observe social distancing practices while in and outside of the sale.
If you are feeling sick, recovering from an illness, please stay home.
Payment options accepted cash, credit cards, Zelle and Venmo.
All Estate items are sold as found and are in an as is condition. You are responsible for inspecting the condition of items prior to purchasing. We make no warranties or guarantee and there will be no refunds made or returns accepted.
All purchased items are to be removed at time of purchase; larger item removal must be scheduled and compliant with building/home owner regulations. Most items are to be removed by 2:00 PM on the last day of the sale, unless special arrangements are agreed upon.
Our sale staff are not available to assist you in lifting and moving your purchases. You are responsible to provide your own help, transportation, making moving arrangements, and wrapping supplies.
Estate Company and our staff are not responsible for any accidents, personal injuries, or any purchased items left behind or unclaimed.
Please be respectful of the building, neighbors, all shoppers, Estate Home, property and staff.
