- Buyers are responsible to move their own items. We do not have people to help lift items. Free parking when picking up. Easy loading. We can arrange delivery and/or recommend delivery companies. We will ship smaller lighter textile items if out of state, with shipping and handling fees added.
- We are not responsible for any damage or accidents. There is extra security and cameras on and around premise. We reserve the right to deny entrance for any reason.
- NO returns or exchanges on any item. All sales are AS-IS and FINAL SALE. We try our best to provide accurate descriptions of each item but we do not warranty the condition of any item.
- The physical condition of our items can vary due to age, normal wear, alterations by a previous owner, and other issues.
