*When you buy larger items, please bring your assistance to move them. Unfortunately, there will not be anyone on staff to help you.

1. Only the B&B Estate sale sign-up sheet that WE post will be honored.
2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges. It is your responsibility to inspect all items before buying them.
3. WE ACCEPT: CASH ONLY.
4. We do not provide any details before the sale or offer pre-sales.
5. NO public restrooms, NO large bags, NO outside food/drinks.
6. Verbal/physical disputes of any kind amongst customers will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any item/customer from a sale in any such instance. Or call for police assistance.
7. We reserve the right to refuse customer entry at our discretion.
8. Due to circumstances beyond our control, such as limited space, multiple sales, and/or an owner's decision not to include a sale item after photos were taken, you may find not all items will be at the sale.
9. On discount days, some restrictions may apply. We do not retake pictures after the first day so if you are interested in an item on a discount day, we can't guarantee it will be available.
10. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK: You are responsible for any slips, falls, and damage or harm that you may cause to yourself, others, or the property. B&B Estate Sale and its client are not responsible or liable for any such instance. By entering the grounds, you accept all responsibility and agree to these terms – and consent to being photographed/videotaped.
