Nice sale full of immaculately cared for mid century modern furniture! Dining room set designed by Merton Gershun for American of Martinsville, "Accord" line includes: dining room table, 2 leaves, pads and 6 chairs (2 arm 4 regular), asymmetrical china hutch with 3 doors, 3 drawer chest, pair of step lamp tables and round coffee table. All are in excellent condition with original finish and inlays on the tops of X design.
This sale also has a Acorn 180 Stairlift system that is less than 3 years old. It is configured to go down 6 stairs and up 10 stairs. It was purchased new in December of 2022 for $11,000. The stair lift is being offered for sale locally as well and is the only item that we will be offering to pre-sale. It is priced at $900 but we will entertain reasonable offers.
