This sale will be this Saturday and Sunday, the 28th and 29th of June. This sale will be strictly by appointment in 20 minute intervolves because of the homeowners association.  The new owners closed on the townhouse on Friday the 27th at 1:00 pm and because of that I couldn’t get photos. The next best way to do this, I’m posting a link from the listing and will list all the items for sale. Interior Demo starts Monday morning the 30th. Be ready to remove by Sunday 4:00 pm.
