There are visitor spots available and clearly marked VISITOR PARKING. There is also a clubhouse in the subdivision with an additional 19 parking spaces. More detailed information regarding parking will be available closer to the date of the sale. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN ANY OTHER PARKING AREAS OTHER THAN VISITOR PARKING. PARKING IN ANY DRIVEWAYS OR BLOCKING ANY LOCAL RESIDENTS DRIVEWAYS MAY AND WILL RESULT IN FINES AND TOW. Moving on Estate Sales is NOT responsible for any fines or damage incurred during the sale. Please adhere to all local and city ordinances and follow posted signage. The driveway of the sale will be reserved for customers removing larger items and or furniture. Thank you.

There is no staff available to move heavy items. You will need to bring tools and help to move larger items, and a big enough vehicle to take them away.
For in person estate sales:
No bathrooms will be available for use.
All purchases MUST be removed by the end of the sale.

Prices on items prior to the sale are non negotiable There is no pre “shopping” or access to the sale prior to the start of the sale.
