Sorry but there is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away.

We use an automated line manager system to determine the entry order into the home. Signup is at BRIESLINE.COM or here on this ad just below the sale dates. Launch is at 5:00 PM Wednesday evening prior to the start of the sale and at 5:00 PM the day before each subsequent sale day. You must have an account with EstateSales.net in order to sign up for a number. Please save the email you receive with your number after you sign up as we may ask to see it.

If calling with questions, please only call between the hours of 9:00 AM-7:00 PM as calls go to a home office.

There are no paper sign-up lists. Sign up for a place in line at this sale at BriesLine.com or here on this ad just below the sale dates. The signups for ALL SALES launch at 5:00 PM Wednesday evening prior to the start of the sale and at 5:00 PM the day before each subsequent sale day. If you do not sign up for a virtual number ahead of time and there are people waiting to enter the home, you will need to sign up for a number on site.

We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 25 at one time. There will be NO bathrooms available for public use.

This 1,600 square foot 3-bedroom single-family home built in 1972 features a great variety of vintage items including traditional furniture, framed art, home and holiday decor, costume jewelry, tools, outdoor furniture and much more. The family would like these treasures to find new homes so everything must go!
