Amazing Evanston Estate Sale! Estate Sale Requires an appointment

This 4 day Evanston, IL estate sale has two parts, a 2-day buy it now sale and a 2-day in-person appointment only sale. The buy it now sale is Sunday December 28 and Monday December 29. The in-person appointment only sale is Tuesday December 30and Wednesday December 31.

Part 1: 
For Sunday and Monday you can purchase via text message to 630-269-2937. We will be taking orders in the order they are received beginning at10:00am. Ordering will be for only items that have pricing on them. All other items will be available for purchase on Tuesday and Wednesday, along with unsold items from the buy it now.  You will need to have an appointment for pick up. We will be scheduling appointments beginning on Monday the 29th at 10:00am.

If you would like an item please text between the hours of 10am and 5pm. The text messages will be answered in order. If we receive 4 text messages at 10:00 am we take the first one that comes in first. It might take us a few minutes to get to the next person in line, please be patient. If you would like something after 5pm please email us or text us we will respond in the morning.

Part 2: 

We will begin scheduling appointments on Monday December 29th at 10:00am. Please send a text message to Mary Kay at 630-269-2937 requesting the next available time or if you have a specific time request, please text that specific time to see if it is available. Appointments will be taken every 15 minutes starting at 10am until 2:30 PM.

This sale is in a 3rd floor walk-up condo with no elevator.  You will also need to bring your own help to move your items out of the condo. There is free street parking (parking is limited) and paid parking in the lot next door to the building (minimal hourly charge). 

During your time slot you will have 30 minutes to shop. 

We are offering shipping on small items, shipping charges will be applied based on the weight of the package 

All items are being sold as is there are no warranties and no guarantees.
