PRE-SALES: WE OFFER PHONE & EMAIL PRE-SALES ONLY ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 4 FROM 8 AM - 4 PM WITH A 20% EARLY ACCESS MARKUP! ALL SALES ARE FINAL! AFTER THAT WE WILL NOT LONGER SHARE PRICING.
PRICING: We will not share pricing until the week of the sale! Call, text or email for inquiries. We do keep track or order of inquiry.
ENTRANCE: RSVPS ARE NOT NECESSARY. EVERYONE IS INVITED BUT IF YOU'D LIKE TO BE ONE OF THE FIRST INTO THE HOUSE, PLEASE USE THE SITE'S LINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, WHICH WILL DICTATE ORDER OF ENTRY WHEN DOORS OPEN AT 9 AM ON FRIDAY.
BOOTIES: We are eco-conscious and try to minimize our landfill footprint. As such, we do not supply booties and kindly ask you to remove shoes before entering our client's home. You may bring your own!
PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Credit Cards. A 3% convenience fee applies for in-person Credit Card purchases or 3.5% for over-the-phone purchases.
ALL SALES FINAL: All items sold as-is. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
BRING LOADING HELP: Sale Patrons are responsible to more their own items, large and small, and will be held liable for any damages to the property caused by moving their purchases.
FURNITURE DELIVERY: We can coordinate furniture deliveries with The Ramirez Movers, item and address determine delivery fee.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Nest Estate Sales nor the homeowner hosting the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Masks are required by all buyers during pickups. We are not liable for reactions to allergens or Covid-19 transmission and infections. Visit the property at your own discretion. We are not responsible for parking tickets.
