We use an automated line manager system to determine the entry order into the home. Signup is at BRIESLINE.COM and launches at 5:00 PM Wednesday evening prior to the start of the sale and at 5:00 PM the day before each subsequent sale day. Please make a note of your number after signup.

There are no paper sign-up lists. Sign up for a place in line at this sale at BriesLine.com! The signups for ALL SALES launch at 5:00 PM Wednesday evening prior to the start of the sale and at 5:00 PM the day before each subsequent sale day. If you do not sign up for a virtual number ahead of time and there are people waiting to enter the home, you will need to sign up for a number on site.

We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 25 at one time. There will be NO bathrooms available for public use.

This 1,500 square foot 3-bedroom single-family home built in 1996 features transitional furniture, home and holiday decor, clothing and accessories, electronics, exercise equipment, outdoor furniture and more. Other highlights are the two kayaks, two-person hot tub and stained glass equipment. The family is moving on and taking very little with them so everything must go!
