The owners of this lovely house are downsizing. Moving to a smaller home, they have made a difficult discussion to let some of there prized possessions go. The sale is small but lovely with the most exquisite items. There is a little of the best, beautiful living room chairs and Dinning room sets, Armories, Waterford Crystal, LLADRO figurines, Fabergé eggs, Heisey crystal, Noritake china in the Tulane pattern #7562, a nice, well maintained children collection of toys and staple items, such as a car seat and high chair. The prize of the items are mid-century Fisher Price Toys. The Nintendo WiI items are in excellent conditions. There is a large collection of classical CD’s and Vinyls. However, the CD collection also includes R&B and Christian music. There are well maintained Guitars and vintage record players.
