Please carefully read the following Terms of Sale.

The terms are applicable to all bidders

Submission of bids in the auction confirms you have read and accepted these terms.

Succetti Gallery shall not be responsible for the correct description, genuineness, authenticity of, suitability of, origin, period, provenance or culture or defect in any lot.
Buyers are encouraged to inspect each picture of the lot carefully.
By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items' pictures to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to examine them.
All Merchandise is Sold As Is / Where Is, without warranty or guarantee of any kind.
All items are vintage or antique and pre-owned, a lack of description is not an exception for condition.

All bidding is to be conducted online via Liveauctioneers. This auction contains items with no reserve pricing.

Bases and stands seen in pictures are not included, unless stated.

Low and high estimates may be provided and are for reference only. Lots may sell for a price lesser or greater than the estimates provided in the lot descriptions. Estimates are to be used as a guide to assist with bidding.
Due to this being an auction sale, by bidding in the auction you are personally guaranteeing payment. In the event of a dispute, the lot(s) in question may be resold.

All sales are final.

No Refunds. No returns, credits, or exchanges.

Succetti Gallery shall not be held responsible for missed bids, internet outages, glitches, or anything else that might cause a bidder to lose an item at auction. Succetti Gallery reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
The copyright in all images, illustrations and written material produced by or for Succetti Gallery relating to Property, including the contents of the catalog, is, and shall remain at all times, the property of Succetti Gallery and shall not be used by the Buyer, nor by anyone else, without prior written consent.

Succetti Gallery will not cancel sale due to shipping as pick up is available
Buyer agrees all packaging, handling, shipping, transit and delivery is at the sole risk of the buyer and that Succetti Gallery shall have no liability for any loss or damage to such items after the lots leave our premises.
If packages are returned to Succetti Gallery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, signed for packages nobody is available to signed for, package not picked up at the post office or a notice was left to USPS, that requires signing for or pick up or any shipping errors that are consequence for the buyer's negligence are considered as delivered and we are not responsible for any kind of refund, as it is buyer's responsibility only to provide a correct address, signed for the packages, pick up the packages at the post office. In the case the package is returned we are not responsible for any damage or lost during transit. Succetti Gallery will resend the package as received, however the buyer will be obligated to make a new payment for shipping charges and will be liable for other fees and taxes that were associated with the lot(s) being directed back. Should the buyer not honor the obligation, they will violate the terms of the sale. Even the item if paid for will be considered abandoned property and will be resold with no refund provided.
Pick up must be done 14 days after payment. Any Items Left on Succetti Gallery Premises for Over 30 Days, Even if Paid for, May be Considered Abandoned property and will be resold with no refund provided.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are not accepted.

PAYMENT

Invoices will be emailed within 24 hours of auction end.
Your invoice will include shipping charges, insurance, applicable sales tax, payment processing fee and a 15% Buyer's Premium.
All items must be paid for within 72 hours from the date of auction via LiveAuctioneers Liveapyments only.
This auction uses Autopay. Your credit card on file will be charged within 72 hours if not paid manually .
The credit/debit card processing fee is 3% + 25 cents
The bank transfer (ACH) processing fee is 1% + 50 cents

SALES TAX
Online purchases from Succetti Gallery may be subject to sales tax. Please see the following for more details. If you are tax-exempt, you can submit your tax-exempt certificate to prevent the collection of tax. Learn more about tax-exemption.

SHIPPING
Any questions regarding the shipping costs of lots may be asked prior to bidding.
Shipping insurance is mandatory. All packages will be shipped to the address that appears on your invoice with tracking and signature confirmation. No exemptions
We offer in house shipping. Otherwise, you can contact your preferred packer / shipper to coordinate with us.
We do not ship internationally. However if the buyer requested international shipping before bidding and Succetti Gallery decided to make an exemption and agreed to ship the item , it is the buyer's obligation to do all the research and confirm that the item bought is allowed to be imported. Each Country's Customs has nowadays very specific and complicated rules regarding allowed items and packing procedures that are impossible for us to know, that is why we can only pack, completed the custom form and ship the item after the buyer do all the research regarding the documentation needed to clear customs, and that they agreed to pay all duties and taxes for its clearance and all of terms we mention above. Buyer agreed that Succetti Gallery will not accept any claim or refund items abandoned or seized at Customs . Succetti Gallery considered as delivered all items shipped internationally when they arrived at Customs.

We do not charge for packing and handling small and medium items.
Pick up is available. Considering the items are not stored in our office, please arrange 72 hours in advance to schedule an appointment for time and address.

Bidders have 3 days after the package is received to notify Succetti Gallery if there is any lot missing or damaged. Claims are not accepted after this deadline.
Bidders must provide photos and all the information the third party insurance company required to fill the insurance claim. If the bidder does not send the requested information in the deadline the insurance company requires, loses all rights to claim any compensation or refund.

Succetti Gallery will send to the email stated in liveauctioneers invoice the package tracking number and all the shipping information. Please check the spam folder or contact Succetti Gallery if the email has not been received within 3 days after payment.

Please contact Succetti Gallery if the package is not delivered on the expected delivery date. Bidder has 30 days after the package is shipped to contact Succetti Gallery to inform them that the package was not delivered. Claims are not accepted after this deadline.

These deadlines are in order to provide you with better service. The sooner we are notified, the sooner we can start claims to find your package.
The carriers and insurance companies have deadlines, when these deadlines are reached, the bidder loses all rights to claim any compensation or refund.
