-Door opens at 10am. Be here and be ready to enter the sale by 9:50.
-We will honor a watched list for entry. That means the first person to arrive stays with the list and adds peoples names as they arrive. If you see someone sitting in their car, ask to add your name to the list. Then be back by 9:50am to enter the sale. We will use the list for entry order. If your name is called and you aren't here to enter, you may be moved to the end of the line.
- Please arrive prepared to remove all items you have purchased yourself. If you can’t move it carefully by yourself, bring or hire adequate help. **If you choose to move items yourself and cause damage to the property, you will be held responsible for any repairs.**There are several large pieces of furniture in this home and some tight spaces. We may require that you hire professional movers for some items and will provide contacts for local movers.

We don't see anything worthy of a dumpster or donation pile and are confident you'll find something wonderful to rehome.

Most large furniture items are available for presale through 6pm on Wednesday, 6/25. These items are marked "PRESALE" on the photos along with measurements.
