FYI this sale may get delayed by a few weeks. We just passed our Illinois Auctioneers Exam, and are awaiting our license to arrive before we have the sale. As of 1/1/26 Illinois now requires all estate sale companies to be licensed auctioneers. We are fully complying with the state law, which will likely be amended in near future. Until then, we thank you for your patience, and look forward to doing estate sales and auctions once our license arrives.
