Terms and Conditions
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Zelle and Venmo.
All items are not exchangeable and are sold as is.
You are personally responsible to inspect the condition of your purchase.
Purchases must be removed by 2:00 PM on the last day of the sale.
You must bring help, your own transportation, and moving supplies.
ORA is not responsible for accidents or injuries or any items left behind.
Please be respectful of the neighborhood and house.
We reserve the right to have pre-sales without notice and conduct our sales as we feel appropriate.
