This is a pickers sale…items are not tagged, some aren’t clean (just need a good cleaning…not all…just some) & some areas are not organized.

How it Works…Please arrive, enter thru gate going towards backyard. It is $40 cash, you’ll receive a receipt. There are 2 outside buildings that are full of various merchandise & you can load up as much as you can in your hands, a box, use bags, use totes, etc. You are also welcome to bring whatever size box/tote you’d like as long as you can carry it by yourself. We will have a few tubs for purchase however we are not providing tubs/boxes, etc. You may make multiple trips to your car but each trip carrying items is an additional $40. To give you an idea of what’s available, as we don’t have photos, there is vintage, antiques, household, glassware, barware, kitchen items, holiday, frames, tools galore, various garage items & more & more is being added daily. There is a variety. You are bound to leave with treasures! It is first come first served. We don’t hold, put things aside or watch your items while you shop. The actual estate sale at this home will be in October however due to the very large amount of items at this estate, we are choosing to due this puckers sale first! Happy shopping!
