Limited amount of shoppers will be allowed into the residence at a time.
ALL SALES ARE AS IS, WHERE IS, FINAL - NO GUARANTEE ON WORKING CONDITION, NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS,
NO Children Allowed into the sale
PLEASE WATCH YOUR PARKING ON THE STREET - ONE SIDE ONLY SO THAT EMERGENCY VEHICLES CAN PASS IF NECESSARY
TPT Staff will not and cannot assist in moving any item from the house
Buyer must bring their own packing materials for items purchased
All sold items must be removed prior to the end of the public sale. Should professional movers be required, we can recommend movers for the buyer at their expense.

Our lovely client had a fantastic shop in Florida and moved to Naperville years ago and now it is time to sell all the lovelies she moved but never unpacked when she arrived. She and the hubby are off to a different floor plan, and we are excited to sell all the items they cannot take with them.
