3. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. It is your responsibility to inspect all items before purchasing. No guarantee or warranty on any items and are not responsible for any items left behind by customers.

5. We do not provide any details prior to the sale or offer pre-sales.
6. No public restrooms, No large bags, No outside food or drink.
7. Verbal/physical disputes of any kind amongst customers will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any item/customer from a sale in any such instance. Security will be on site.
8. We reserve the right to refuse customer entry at our discretion.
9. Due to circumstances beyond our control, such as limited space, multiple sales, and/or an owner's decision not to include a sale item after photos were taken, you may find not all items will be at the sale.
10. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK: You are responsible for any slips, falls, and damage or harm that you may cause to yourself, others, or the property. Owner is not responsible or liable for any such instance. By entering the grounds, you accept all responsibility and agree to these terms – and consent to being photographed/videotaped.
