Monday 4/28 2:30-5:00pm lots of FREE Bedroom FURNITURE*, Free BOOKS, Fill a bag for everything else. Pay what you can for the bag. (Normally $5 a bag) There are a few furniture items that are heavily discounted but are not free! See the updated flyer. Photos of what is left and what furniture is free vs costs money are now uploaded! 
No signs will be out. Just come to the door.
We will accept a watched wait list if anyone comes before we start and makes one. 
You must bring your own help and tools to take apart, move and load any furniture. We can’t help. Details below have not been updated! 
  You must bring your own help and tools to take apart, move and load any furniture or heavy items purchased.  The driveway will only be available for parking of those loading purchased furniture. The front door facing the lawn will be the entry way.

We will accept a watched wait list if someone starts one the morning of the sale. Due to our team members travel time we will not open till 9:30am. 
Due to the size of the house, We will only be allowing so many people in at the same time.                                    No holds or prices will be given ahead of time.
