All merchandise is being sold on behalf of the homeowner—not our company. We do not provide guarantees or warranties on any items. Please carefully inspect all items before purchasing, as the condition and completeness are the buyer’s responsibility.

We accept cash, tap-to-pay (credit/debit cards), and Venmo.

Large & Heavy Item Removal
Buyers are responsible for bringing their own help, tools, and equipment to move and load large or heavy purchases. Our staff is not able to assist with lifting or transporting items. Please ensure items are removed safely without causing damage to the property.

Hold & Pickup Policy
Purchased items must be removed within the designated timeframe. We are not responsible for items left behind after purchase.
