This is a private family sale, please be respectful of the home and space, as well as other shoppers.
Not all items will be priced, please feel free to ask for a price and/or make an offer. Reasonable offers will be considered.
We will post a sign-up sheet daily, ONLY our provided sheet will be considered. The physical sign-up sheet will be posted on the front door at 9 AM each sale day.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges. It is your responsibility to inspect all items before purchasing. We do our best to test all items but cannot guarantee function, an outlet will be available to test electronic devices. We have some packing materials but may run low, please bring your own protection for the drive home if you plan on buying fragile items.

We do not provide any details prior to the sale or offer pre-sales.
BRING YOUR OWN MUSCLE. Our team is unable to help with moving/loading items. For larger items we can accommodate a pickup time outside sale hours.
We do not guarantee or warranty any items and are not responsible for any items left behind by customers.

NO public restrooms, NO large bags, NO outside food/drinks.
Verbal/physical disputes of any kind amongst ANYONE will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any item/customer from a sale in any such instance.
We reserve the right to refuse customer entry at our discretion.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, such as limited space, and/or an owner's decision not to include a sale item after photos were taken, you may find not all items will be at the sale.
We do not retake pictures after the first day. All items will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not hold items before or after live sale hours.
