Please be respectful of the neighborhood. Do not park in driveway!! Do not block neighbors driveways!! We are not responsible for accidents. All items are sold as is! We accept cash, credit and debit cards. Credit cards accepted on purchases over 20.00 ( small fee applies). No Checks Please! All sales are final. Cash Is King!!!
-Bring Your own muscles to move items.
-All items are sold “As Is” – no refunds, exchanges or returns.
-All items must be removed by END OF SALE!

-There are no previews, pre-sales or pre-pricing information given.
-Please be respectful and remember you are shopping in someone’s home.
-Our prices are FIRM on the first day of the sale. Please don’t ask for discounts on Day 1 – we will have to turn you down.
-We will hold items (while shopping) for purchase only.
-Open boxes welcome. Backpack, large purses and large bags will not be allowed inside the house!
-We will have only a limited number of boxes and wrapping, so please plan on bringing your own supplies for your items purchased.
-Homeowner nor Silver Lining Estate Sales are responsible for any injuries or liabilities outside or inside the home that may occur during the estate sale.
-No strollers allowed. **Small children must be supervised at all times.
-No public bathroom available.
-No food or drink allowed inside.
