Once we have admitted customers who signed up using Pickerty, we will admit any walk-ins
according to the order in which they arrived.
You do not need to sign up early or need an appointment to attend the sale.

-WE ACCEPT: Cash, Credit/Debit card, Apple Pay, and Zelle (3% processing fee applies on all orders paid via credit card or Apple Pay)
-All items are sold “As Is” – no refunds, exchanges or returns.
-There are no previews, pre-sales or pre-pricing information given.
-Our prices are FIRM on the first day of the sale. Please don’t ask for discounts on Day 1 – we will have to turn you down.
-We will hold items (while shopping) for purchase only.
-Open boxes welcome. Backpack, large purses and large bags will not be allowed inside the house!
-Magnolia Design, INC. nor Magnolia Estate Sales are NOT responsible for any injuries or liabilities outside or inside that may occur during the estate sale.
-No strollers allowed. **Small children must be supervised at all times.
-No public bathroom available.
-No food or drink allowed inside.
