There are no paper sign-up lists. Sign up for a place in line at this sale at BriesLine.com or here on this ad just below the sale dates. The signups for ALL SALES launch at 5:00 PM Wednesday evening prior to the start of the sale and at 5:00 PM the day before each subsequent sale day. If you do not sign up for a virtual number ahead of time and there are people waiting to enter the home, you will need to sign up for a number on site.

We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 25 at one time. There will be NO bathrooms available for public use.

We are continuing the sale in this more than 2,000 square foot 4-bedroom mid-century ranch home built in 1956. Due to parking rules, we were not able to hold the sale during our regular hours on weekdays. The home is absolutely loaded with items of all sorts representing 37 years of collecting. Our client is not moving but has decided to sell most everything in preparation for a remodel. Technically this is a downsizing sale but the quantity and nature of these items definitely qualify them as estate-sale worthy!
