ALL SALES ARE FINAL- No Returns or Exchanges. NO PRICES will be given out before the sale. Per clients request, not all items will have a discounted price. We reserve the right to refuse service to patrons; and if we deem that a price tag has been altered or changed we reserve the right to not sell that item(s) for that price and take it out of the sale. We will only honor a Watched Waitlist (once the list is started, someone MUST stay with the list)

PARK ONLY ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE STREET. - THAT'S THE SIDE OF THE STREET THAT THE HOUSE IS LOCATED ON.
