--Access to sale items in the house is the front door.
--There is no sign up sheet. Lining up is honor system; we don't get involved. Please be kind. For safety, limited number of people will be allowed in the house at one time.
--MORE items and furniture in the detached garage behind the house. Again, there is no sign-up sheet. For safety, limited number of people will be allowed in the garage at one time.
--The cashier station is in the garage where you will pay for your items. We can wrap fragile items and have bags.
--We cannot help to remove/load/deliver items. Bring help to remove and load large items.
--All furniture and items need to be removed before the end of the sale on Saturday, August 9.
--Not responsible for accidents, injuries, sicknesses, allergic reactions.
--Children must be supervised or you'll be asked to leave.
--Where signs state item not for sale, or cabinets secured, doors closed, please do not enter.
--No bathroom will be available for use.
