If you are looking to hire us for estate sale services, please visit our website champaignestatesales.com for more information. Our Facebook and estatesales.net pages serve more for our customers for upcoming sales.
No pre-sales as much as I'd like to!! Everything is sold on a first come, first serve basis.
If you are planning on coming early, make sure to bring a "place marker" to mark your spot in line. (a coffee cup, a brick, etc). One place marker PER person and you MUST remain on premises until we open. If there is no line, you are free to enter.
Once inside, everything will be priced and tagged. If there is something large you would like to purchase, just pull the tag and you may continue to walk around and shop. Pulling that tag signifies you are purchasing that item and you must be 100% sure to pull the tag because our #1 rule is you are not allowed to put tags back on items. Please bring help to move large items and lastly, HAVE FUN AT OUR SALES! They are a blast. Hope to see you there! We accept cash, check, Venmo and credit cards.
