We will honor a waitlist and limit the number of people in the house to 15 at a time. There will be no public bathrooms available.

Prices will not be disclosed before the sale.

Please do not park in the driveway unless you are removing furniture.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason.

The house is clean, smoke-free, and pet-free.

Please bring assistance to load large items. Unfortunately, there will be no help available to move heavy objects. Please bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases.
