Please join us! This is a CASH sale only. All sales are final: no refunds or exchanges. All items sold "as is. Sale will be held on main floor,, basement, back patio and garage. Electrical items are sold “as is”. Buyer assumes all responsibility for use and installation. Consult a licensed professional.
YOU will be responsible to carry all items to your vehicles so please bring help. We do not have people available for carrying furniture. We are not responsible for accidents. Official sign up sheet will be posted on Thursday at 9 am by front door. Security cameras will be used.

This house has a variety of items: from an older couple moving, to a wonderful collections of grandchildren items.

Outside we have a sail boat, little tykes play sled, table and four chairs, two grills, huge collection of drift wood, turtle sandbox, three bicycles, lawn mower, snowblower, generator, seeder, heater, swing, two ladders, garage product, three vintage school desks, tent, long handled tools and garden caddy’s.

The family room has three full racks of mens, womens and children’s clothing. There are also three tables full of folded clothes, plus scarves, gloves, hats, shoes etc. there is a sofa and chair, pole lamp.

there is a beautiful, working, RCA Victor cabinet with record player and radio plus albums. another wonderful antique is a set of 1919 first edition books there is a large decorative vintage, beveled glass mirror. Also collectible is a canister set with the mushroom handles and fronts. Green Bay Packer and Chicago bears memorabilia also available. Also three school desks. Carom game in the original box

The dining room has a China cabinet, side server, and table with leaves and 6 chairs. Also displayed are many cut glass serving pieces and collectibles. One full set of China and 12 place settings of flatware in a box.

living room has a coffee table, two matching end tables, desk chair and roll top desk, mattress topper and box spring, collection of books, lots of games and puzzles, office supplies, fall and Easter holiday items, lamps, decorative storage boxes, small side table, white shelf, shredder, and office supplies.

The basement has two chest of drawers, sewing machine in cabinet, a large amount of Christmas decorations, vases, laundry baskets and products, Lego table, workout bike, keyboard, candles,
