Hello everyone. We are grateful for your participation in our successful sale at 3405 Chukar in Woodstock. Following discussions with the owner, we have decided to liquidate the remaining items through a $1, $2, $3 sale. This means that all items will be priced at $1, $2, or $3, except for furniture, which will be priced at $20-$30 per piece. Please be aware that prices are firm and non-negotiable. We will utilize color-coded tape to indicate prices, and any unmarked items will default to $1. Because of the nature of this sale please bring your own bags and wrapping paper for any glassware. A list will be placed outside of the home at 5:00 a.m. Saturday morning. Again, I want to please say the prices are non-negotiable.
