Condition of Items: All items are being sold "AS-IS, Where-Is" with no warranty being expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller. Efforts have been made to identify and describe items, as well as using photos to show defects, quality, authenticity, etc. of items. Please use the photos as well as the inspection date to draw your conclusions for each of the auction items. They are sold as-is, where-is, with no returns.
Removal: Items 92-1466 must be picked up on Saturday December 27th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Lots 1-91 a scheduled pickup will be required and a link will be sent with your invoice. For additional removal times, arrangements must be made with the Auctioneer prior to bidding. Any items not removed within this time frame will be forfeited by the Buyer, may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency or loss may be charged to the Buyer. All firearm purchases will require a background check (4473) with our onsite FFL. Buyers of long guns and ammunition must be at least 18 years of age. Buyers of hand guns must be at least 21 years of age. THERE IS $25.00 TRANSFER FEE WITH OUR FFL Dealer PER Gun. Do not bid on these items if you are unable to pass the background check. Buyers are responsible for all risk of loss, property damage, personal injury caused by removal, and all costs of removal of items/lots purchased.
Shipping: Shipping will be available to other 01 licensed FFL Dealers @ $25.00 PER firearm upon payment of your invoice PLUS COST OF SHIPPING. We do not transfer or ship to 03 C&R FFLs. Your FFL dealer may charge a transfer fee to you as a buyer. When requesting shipping a copy of the FFL receiving the firearm must be sent to isaac@isaacstoller.com with the invoice number in the subject line.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION
READ VERY CAREFULLY
1. The address and name that you have used to register on HIBID must match the address and name that appears on your state issued Identification. Only the registered buyer with a valid Indiana ID may pay, pick up, and receive any firearms. If you are out of State Firearms will need to be shipped to a FFL in your State.
2. Buyers of hand guns must be at least 21 years of age.
3. Buyers of long guns must be at least 18 years of age.
4. Buyers of ammunition must be at least 18 years of age.
5. If you are a convicted felon or are prohibited from owning a firearm, DO NOT BID and participate in this auction.
6. A $25 transfer fee will be added PER firearm.
7.Shipping will be available to other licensed 01 FFL Dealers @ $25.00 per gun upon payment of your invoice PLUS THE COST OF SHIPPING. We do not ship or transfer to 03 C&R FFLs The receiving FFL dealer may charge a transfer fee to you as a buyer.
High-Capacity Magazine Restrictions (Read Before Bidding)
Certain states and local jurisdictions restrict or prohibit the sale, transfer, or shipment of magazines that hold more than the state-allowed capacity (often 10 or 15 rounds). It is the bidder’s responsibility to know their local laws before placing a bid.
We will NOT ship high-capacity magazines to the following states or any jurisdiction where prohibited by law:
California, Colorado (over 15 rounds), Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois (statewide and certain local restrictions), Maryland (over 10 rounds), Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Vermont (over 10 rounds for long guns, over 15 for handguns), Washington (over 10 rounds), Washington D.C., Rhode Island
If you are the winning bidder and reside in a restricted area, the item will NOT be shipped, your bid will be voided, and you may be responsible for any associated fees.
By bidding, you certify that you are legally allowed to purchase and possess magazines of the listed capacity in your state or locality.

AMMUNITION
Lots 92-1466 must be picked up on Saturday, December 27th from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The pickup location for lots 92-1466 is 118 E. Craig St., Ossian, Indiana 46777. LOTS 92-1466 MUST BE PICKED UP ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 27TH.
** We will have a cashier at this location and where you can pay for both your ammunition and firearms.
FIREARMS
Firearms can be picked up by appointment ONLY at our Bluffton office located at 215 E. Market St., Bluffton, Indiana. Due to the time it takes to process the transfer we are only able to process 3-4 transfers per hour.

Saturday, December 27th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Monday, December 29th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Tuesday, December 30th from 9:00 am to 3:00
