Do not block driveways along the street and do not park in other driveways.
Driveway of home is for loading and handicap needs only. This home does not have a ramp for wheelchair access. There are three steps into the house.
Homeowner and associates are not responsible for accidents or violations.
Sale is limited to main floor and main area of basement. Respect closed doors and do not open them.
Please bring proper vehicle and help for loading large/heavy items. We have no one to help you move items.
Butcher block table, treadmill, tall bookshelves, pull-out couch, and arm chair are all heavy and located in the basement. If you purchase one or more of these items, it will be your responsibility to move and load them.
All large items (except basement furniture) can be picked up at time of sale or paid for then picked up Friday from 5-7 PM or Saturday from 1-3 PM
Basement furniture will need to be picked up on Friday from 5-7 PM or Saturday from 1-3 PM
All purchases are as is! All sales final, no returns. Once sold, YOU are responsible for your items.
