We are not responsible for accidents. Cash, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, and Debit/Credit will be accepted. No Checks. You must bring equipment, packing supplies, and help if you plan to purchase any breakables and heavy items. Help will not be available for moving, loading, or transporting purchases. We try to have boxes available, but we can’t guarantee it. Please bring bags or boxes to put purchases in. Any item purchased must be removed from the home no later than the end of the sale on Sunday. All items are sold as is and where is. No refunds or returns. As a courtesy to the neighbors, please do not block mailboxes and driveways. Happy hunting!
