Although every sale is different, the sign-up sheet will be posted an hour before the sale at the lastest. Upon your arrival, you will want to add your name to our sign-up sheet. For controlled entry, we will call people into the home in the order they signed up. Please do not remove our sign-up sheet to start your own. You must be present when we call your name.

We ask that you please bring tools and extra muscle for removal of large items. We do not have movers on site.
