Before the Sale:
Please confirm your shipping address and payment method are correct before bidding.
During the Sale:
Items are sold "As Is"; lots with multiple items are buyer-takes all. All sales are final.
Winning bidders will be automatically charged at the auction's close.
No bid retractions.
We reserve the right to refuse bids if we find that the bidder placing bid(s) has just created an account, has more than one account, the information provided appears questionable.
Technical Difficulties: Flipside is not responsible for any technical problems that may occur with the LiveAuctioneer platform at any point during this sale.
Payment Information:
Flipside will charge the credit card on file before customer pickup. Please confirm that your payment methods are correct before bidding. Flipside accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX.
The full purchase price plus all taxes and fees are required before the removal or shipping of any of the items. If an item is being shipped, the card on file will be charged. The winning bidder will receive an invoice within 24 hours of the sale's end with details on the local pickup location or shipping options. If the winning bidder is a no-call no-show to the local pick-up, those items will be forfeited. Flipside has the right to ban customers from future online auctions and charge a removal fee up to $50 per item.
Buyer's Premium:
There is a 10% Buyer's Premium on all winning bids.
Buyer's Tax:
A new Indiana law requires tax to be added to online auctions because bidders are making bids remotely and not at the physical property. A 7% sales tax will be added to the invoice.
Condition of Items:
Flipside Estate & Consignment Concierge does not authenticate items in our sales but does make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and professional photos. Bidders are encouraged to perform due diligence on items before bidding. Items featured are pre-owned and may have flaws that are not obvious in photos and descriptions.
Items are sold "As Is"; the buyer agrees to buy them in their current condition. See photos for condition details. Lots that contain multiple items are buyer-takes-all. All sales are final. Flipside is not responsible for nor assumes any liability for the accuracy of the information in the lot descriptions.
Bidders may email hello@flipsideestates.com with questions about items up to 8 hours before the close of online bidding.
After the Sale:
After the auction closes, bidders will receive an email with the pick-up address and information.
The buyer is responsible for retrieving the item(s) from the property and bringing any required help or tools. If the purchased property has not been removed by the advertised pickup date, the buyer agrees to forfeit the purchased item(s). Flipside has the right to ban customers from future online auctions and charge a removal fee of up to $50 per item.
If an extension is requested beyond the pick-up window, the buyer will be charged an additional fee of $1 per minute, due at pick-up.
If the winning bidder is a no-call, no-show at the local pickup, Flipside has the right to ban customers from future online auctions and charge a removal fee of up to $50 per lot.
Shipping Terms:
Shipping is available on select items in this sale; please note that not all items are available for shipping. Please allow up to 7 business days for the shipping of purchased items. Buyers will receive a notification once their item(s) have shipped. If shipping is requested for an item listed as no shipping, the buyer will have to make all shipping arrangements, and they are responsible for all costs, including a $25 transfer fee. Additional fees may apply if the item is large and requires a larger vehicle and moving assistance.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping. For items not marked as shippable, we will work with the buyer to coordinate getting their winning purchases to a local shipper. You must message Flipside before the auction closes for large items that we are unable to ship in-house. Many items, because of their size and nature, cannot be prepped for in-house shipping. Please reach out to confirm before bidding. If item needs to be immediately removed from personal property, a transfer fee will apply.

This timed auction features a curated single-owner collection of collectible classic rock, jazz, and more hard-to-find The Beatles LP vinyl albums. Bidders can also find like-new hardback + softcover collectible books for fantasy role playing game, "Pathfinder".
Auction will begin to close at 6:00 PM on April 16th.
Local customer pickup will be held at the Flipside Showroom on April 18th (11:00 AM - 6:00 PM). We are located at 1026 Shelby Street UNIT B, Indianapolis, IN 46203.
