Sheafer + King Modern is pleased to present Art + Design featuring Indiana artists from the 1940s through the present.

The auction features a monumental abstract painting by Robert Berkshire, paintings by James Willie Faust, Harry Davis Jr., Rinaldo Paluzzi, and Gerald Boyce, rare ceramic sculptures by Gordon Martz, and works by numerous contemporary Indiana artists including Marna Shopoff, Natalie Starks, Nathan Alexander, Molly Wolfe, Ben Schmitt, and Israel Solomon.

The auction also features the largest collection of Derriere le Miroir art magazines that has been sold at auction including hundreds of high quality lithographs by artists such as Miro, Calder, Braque, Chillida, and Chagall. Also in the sale is a wonderful line drawing attributed to Keith Haring.

All items in the sale will be available for preview in our gallery from Thursday, November 13 through Sunday November 16 during our regular hours.
