By placing a bid with Pickadilley Consignment Group (referred to as “Pickadilley”), you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below. These terms may be modified by announcements or updates made prior to or during the sale.
GENERAL
Your bid is a binding contract to purchase. Once you are the high bidder, you are legally obligated to complete the transaction.
BUYER’S PREMIUM
A 15% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases unless otherwise stated in the auction listing. Specialty auctions may vary—please review individual auction terms.
PAYMENT
For buyers picking up can be cash, card, PayPal, or Zelle. We accept all major credit/debit cards. There is a 3% card transaction fee. Shipping customers will be required to use card unless over $1,000, then you may use wire transfer. NO CHECKS OF ANY KIND ACCEPTED. We accept:
SHIPPING
Is provided in-house with our experienced shipping team. Please check the "Truck" Icon on each lot to see if it is an item we are willing to ship. We use Shipping Saint for a streamlined experience. Please be on the lookout for the text/email upon auction ending to choose shipping. Once shipping is chosen, you will receive a PayPal invoice to pay within a couple days. Once paid, we will begin to pack your items and you will receive a shipping invoice through Shipping Saint. This invoice will include the cost of the shipping label, materials/packing supplies, and a handling charge. Once that is paid, we will ship. Please allow 1-2 weeks for packaging/shipping . High-value lots (e.g., gold, silver, numismatics, or any purchase over $1,000) require confirmed funds (bank wire, ACH, etc.) and valid ID for verification. Items not scheduled for pickup or shipping within one week of auction close may be considered forfeited. We do not guarantee same-day or next-day shipping. Our typical shipping window is 1-2 weeks after payment, but may vary. We pack with care and offer insurance options—please request signature confirmation if needed.
PICKUP
It is the responsibility of the buyer to pickup the items at the designated address on the pickup day(s). All removals are at the buyer’s expense and risk. Pickadilley is not responsible for items left past the pickup deadline.
SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be collected based on your state’s laws. Indiana residents will be charged 7% unless a valid resale certificate is on file prior to auction close.
LOT DESCRIPTIONS AND CONDITIONS
All items are sold as-is, where-is. Most items are used and come from estates or consignments.
We are not professional appraisers or graders.
Descriptions, images, and opinions are offered in good faith, but not guaranteed.
No assumptions should be made regarding accessories or completeness unless specified in the listing.
All sales are final. No returns or refunds.
TECHNOLOGY AND BIDDING
Auctions feature a soft close—bidding within the final 2 minutes extends the time. In the case of identical bids, the earliest bid is the winner.
Pickadilley is not responsible for internet failures, system issues, or late/incomplete bids.
Right to Modify or Withdraw
Pickadilley reserves the right to:
Add new lots before auction close
Withdraw or substitute lots at any time
Refuse bids for any reason
Bid on behalf of absentee or house bidders
LEGAL NOTICE
Your bid constitutes a legal agreement under the laws of the State of Indiana. Buyers must be at least 18 years old. Failure to pay may result in additional fees, legal action, and a monthly 10% late charge on any unpaid balance. Buyer agrees to cover all collection costs, including attorney fees and court costs.

ONLINE ONLY. This is Estate Sale on North Girls School Rd. on the west side of Indianapolis near Avon. Some items include: kitchen items & dish sets, antique glass, christmas decorations, furniture, antiques, clothes, books, and tools. This auction will end Wednesday July 9th and start closing at 6 pm. Lots will close in 30 second increments

PICKUP day is on Saturday July 12th and Sunday July 13th from 1 pm - 6pm. Upon auction ending, buyers will receive a text and email from Shipping Saint to either choose pickup or shipping. If you choose pickup, it will have you schedule a pickup time and day. Please be sure to abide by this scheduled time to be helped quickly.
