Payment is Cash, Zelle, Credit/debit Cards. If you’re using credit or debit will have to add 7% Sale Tax.
All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guaranties of condition, whether implied, or otherwise given. Great effort is given to providing the description and condition of each item; when known. Ipalo and staff will not be held responsible for errors in the description or condition of any item. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect any item prior to buying. No refunds will be issued on any item sold. No returns of the item sold. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold the auction company, and staff and seller harmless from any future claim that shall pertain the fitness or use of that asset as being purchased.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Additional terms and conditions of sale may be announced and/or posted at the time of sale. All announcements made the day of sale take precedence over other advertisements, notices, terms and other published information relating to the auction.

REMOVAL Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases may be removed upon presentation of a paid receipt to the Staff. Purchases may only be removed during the allotted pick-up period. Removal dates/times will be announced. Any item(s) not removed during this period may be considered abandoned and no refund will be given. Abandoned items may be resold without notice at public or private sale or otherwise be disposed of at purchaser's expense. No refund will be given for abandoned items.
